How can I return an item?
The easiest way to return an item is to contact our customer service and perform the procedure that will be shown to you. The products must be in perfect condition.

What is the valid term for refunds?
The term for any refund is 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
For custom orders and intimate items, "these items", unless they arrive damaged or defective, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do I have to pay the refund?
The return shipment to our warehouse is charged to the customer, who can choose the courier or post office he/she prefers. The return is free if the product has manufacturing defects not attributable to wear or improper use by the customer or in case of receiving unsorted items.
How will I receive my return amount?
Once the refund has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same manner as you made the purchase.
Any customs duties paid to receive the return will be deducted from the refund.
If you have purchased more than 3 pairs of clogs and have taken advantage of the free shipping promo and return the products, you lose the discount and the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
For paid payments, the refund will be made by bank transfer once the payment is received. We therefore ask you to inform us of your IBAN in your resell request.
When will I receive my return amount?
Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and with internal labels and any receipts) you will receive an e-mail message to confirm that the amount will be credited within a few days.
The repayment times on your credit card depend on your bank.
What should I do if my refund is incorrect?
Contact our customer service and we will fix the problem as soon as possible.
